Why this template works

See where your money goes

The dashboard breaks down spending by category with pie charts, bar graphs, and trend lines. No more guessing where that $200 went.

Budget vs. reality, every month

Set a budget for each category and watch the conditional formatting tell you instantly if you are on track. Green means good. Red means time to adjust.

Sample data that teaches you

January and February come pre-filled with realistic data so you can see exactly how every formula works before entering your own numbers.

Track savings goals visually

Set targets for emergency fund, vacation, or anything else. Progress bars update automatically as your savings grow throughout the year.

16 tabs, all connected

Every tab feeds into the dashboard. Change one number and watch everything update.
